I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in Srinagar. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail. The rooms were neat, clean, and had a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the location was perfect - close to the airport and just a short distance from the beautiful Dal Lake. I also must commend the hotel on their delicious food in the restaurant.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to key attractions. The beds were very comfortable and allowed for a great night's sleep. The staff were nice and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests.

The check-in process was very unorganized and confusing, which made the beginning of our stay stressful. The Wi-Fi was not working properly, which made it difficult to stay connected and keep in touch with family and friends back home.
